If the above amount is paid after the criminal examination, criminal penalties will not be taken.
However, the foreigner is subject to forced eviction, and at the time of self-departure, he/she is subject to the departure order, and even if he/she applies for a visa from a foreign country to Korea, he/she is not subject to entry for one year. In addition, due to the long period of illegal employment, the imposition of immigration is charged for 3 years when the notice amount is over 10 million won.
In the case of simple illegal stay or employment for a short period of time from 1 year to 3 years, you may be eligible for a reduction in the immigration ban, so you can apply for a reduction in the immigration ban.
In the case of criminal penalties, you will be sentenced to three years in prison or fined up to 20 million won.
